All of our leases are “month to month”, paid in advance. Leases originating after the first of the month will be prorated to the end of that month. We offer the convenience of auto renewals and payments using a credit/debit card or checking account.
Monthly leases are non-refundable. However, if you choose to pay for several months in advance, and need to terminate your lease, we will refund any unused months. For example, if you pay for 3 months in advance and decide to terminate your lease on the 10th day of month two, we will refund you the cost of the unused third month’s lease payment.
